Many things today are termed "The Battle of Armageddon," but this phrase specially belongs to the Bible and can only properly be used or understood in its Biblical context...a context which traces the marshalling of all human institutions, be they social, political, financial or religious, in preparation for the last great battle on earth.
The Battle of Armageddon provides both the Scriptural and historical background of the "controversy" which the Lord has with the nations of earth. It reviews the record of evil and oppression which leads to the indictment and the sentence to "destruction" of all human institutions not in harmony with the establishment of God's kingdom of truth and righteousness.
